This HP 17.3” touchscreen laptop is a solid choice for students, casual users, and those who need a large display for web browsing, streaming, and office work. The combination of 16GB RAM and dual storage offers good performance for multitasking. I have been using mine to do my college work and its been amazing… However, if you need a powerhouse for gaming or professional workloads, you might want to consider a higher-end model.

After setting up the laptop it would not allow me to log in with my pin. I contacted HP after being referred to 4 different persons, about 1 hr or more total, I was told it would cost me $51, $16.99 per month after that to fix the software issue. I declined the offer and returned the laptop for a refund. It was an ordeal.
