To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day

Love this product! I am vitamin d deficient and have to take 5,000 iu of vitamin d3 daily. After years of using it I felt like I wasn’t feeling the full benefits of the vitamin d3 on its own. After researching I found vitamin k2 or magnesium helps with vitamin d absorption. So I took to amazon in the hopes of finding a supplement that met my needs at an affordable price because let’s be honest it gets expensive!
